POP Shanghai has a fully staffed office in Shanghai with specialists in commerce and in quality control. We consider our Quality Control department to be the backbone of our company.

Product quality is the most important issue when sourcing in China. We feel the best way to meet this challenge is with overwhelming force. Our QC 'force' is on site in the factory for prototyping, production and final packaging. We check products and the actual manufacturing processes at all stages. This allows us to catch small problems before they become big problems. If we can stop a defective product during production, we can have it replaced and still ship on time. Other companies only do a final inspection which means you have to choose between delayed delivery or living with substandard product. We don't think that is a choice you should have to make.
